Parkville Discipline Empty Parkville Discipline

Watched Parkville V Stretford. Have to say that Parkville put it up to Stretford in the physical department, but that was all they could do. Not much soccer played by Parkville, the game hardly got going with the repeatitive fouling by Parkville. Terrible sportmanship. Stretford deserved to win the match. Discraceful display by Parkville the poor ref had his work cut out for him and he failed miserably. Parkville were missing players that may have introduced some soccer to the game but for all it was worth Parkville should be gratefull to have gotten a draw from the game, all they could do was houf the ball up the pitch. Stretford should have tucked away their chances luck was not on their side that day.

A bit harsh.....Both teams were equal in every aspect and I include the amount of fouls and late tackles, it was a typical Carlow league game on the smallest pitch in the world and probably the worst surface as well. Both teams had to adpat to the conditions and nobody....not even the might Cretty could have played football on the pitch that day. The ref did not help the game by letting a few tackles go and yet he would look to have words with a plyer when they opened their mouth!!!
